Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If you would like to return all or part of your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, we can offer you a refund.
To start a return, please send an email to returns@marylehome.com quoting your order number, and we will confirm the return. Please ensure that your order is returned to us within 14 days of receiving the confirmation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Marylehome does not offer free return postage, so please use a tracked postage service when sending it to ensure it reaches us.
Please ensure that the items are in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. Any items that are damaged cannot be returned to us and will not qualify for exchange/refund. We reserve the right to inspect the sheets and check if they are stained or damaged in any way. Where sheets are stained or damaged, you will not qualify for exchange/refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items purchased on gift cards cannot be refunded. We do not accept returns on the basis that there is an upcoming sale e.g. Black Friday.
EXCHANGES
Once you return the item(s) and the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We reserve the right to inspect the items and determine whether a refund can be made. Please allow up to 21 working days after receiving the items for your refund claim to be processed.
We will notify you once the inspection is complete and let you know if the refund application was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at shipping@marylehome.com with your order number. You must notify us of these within 7 days from the date when the goods are delivered to you.
