For instance, if you are a chronic over-thinker and you tend to worry much before going to bed, try scheduling a 'worry time' that will take around half an hour before getting ready for bed. And once you retire, remind your mind that you've already done the worrying part; now it's time to sleep.
3. Improve your sleeping environment
